MOLLE is a webbing grid: rows of loops at fixed spacing that accept pouches, straps and sheaths. It suits a van because the layout is not settled at install; you move a pouch when the work changes. Nothing here needs a body specific mounting point: panels mount to existing frame systems or flat surfaces you provide, and the MOLLE-compatible organizers thread onto webbing already in place.
Compare loop spacing and panel dimensions in the manufacturer documentation against the pouches you plan to hang, and check the stated load rating before mounting anything heavy.
