Roof height changes how you use a drawer bank in a Transit. Under a high roof you can stand alongside a long tray and reach into it from above. In a mid roof, headroom runs out and the same tray gets loaded from the rear doors at a stoop, which argues for a shorter tray you can see the whole way into.
