The Transit's wall taper is what sleep equipment has to answer. At platform height the usable width is meaningfully narrower than at the floor, so a mattress that fits on paper can wedge at the shoulders in a mid roof. Cab systems that bridge the front seats sidestep the problem entirely and turn the cab into the second berth.
Measure at the height you will actually sleep, not at the floor, and check inflated dimensions against that number. Fitted sheets and comforters sized to vehicle mattresses are listed alongside. Dimensions follow the manufacturer documentation.
