Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging.
Process
Contact us with your order number before shipping anything back. Because orders ship directly from supplier partners, returns route back to the fulfilling supplier; we will send you the correct return address and instructions.
Exclusions
Installed, modified, or used items cannot be returned unless defective. Defective or damaged-in-transit items are covered; report visible shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Fees and Refunds
There are no restocking fees unless the fulfilling supplier requires one, and any such fee is disclosed to you before your return is authorized. Refunds go to the original payment method after the supplier receives and inspects the return. Return shipping for non-defective returns is the customer's responsibility.
