Every order ships from a US-based supplier partner with tracking provided by email once your order is on its way.
Processing Times
Most orders leave the supplier within 3 to 5 business days. Some built-to-order items (bed systems, drawer systems, racks) can take longer; when a product has a longer lead time, its product page says so.
Rates and Carriers
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the supplier fulfilling your order and your address. Oversized freight items may require a liftgate or curbside delivery; details appear on the product page.
Coverage
We currently ship to the continental United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
