Slide tray length is the decision here, and on a Sprinter it follows the wheelbase. A short tray tucks under a bench in a 144. A long tray wants the cargo run of a 170, plus room behind it for the drawer to travel past the rear sill. Check extension travel against your door opening, not just the closed footprint.
These are DIY slide tray kits meant to be built into a platform you fabricate, so the stated load rating is the number that matters, and it assumes the structure underneath is equal to it. Ratings come from manufacturer documentation.
