Bed height in a Promaster is set by what has to live underneath it. The low load floor, a consequence of front wheel drive, hands back the clearance a rear drive van spends on its driveshaft, so a platform can sit lower and still swallow a fridge, two boxes and a spare wheel below the sleeping surface. Interior width across the arches suits a sideways bed for shorter occupants.
Frames, brackets, and under-bed doors here publish their load ratings and fitment, because a structural component does not go on the site on an estimate. Published drawings from the manufacturer are the source for every dimension.
