Cooking out of a Promaster tends to happen at the side door, and step height is why. The floor sits lower than a rear drive van gives you, which means a case set on the sill or drawn out on a slide lands near counter height for most people without a drop down leg to level it. Door position against the wind still decides which side the stove ends up on.
The kitchens, cases, and organizers here are standalone equipment, carried in and out or fixed to whatever structure you build. Weights and folded sizes come from manufacturer documentation, worth reading if a unit must clear the slider.
